A delight to meet Joe and Sergei the other morning. Sergei is from the Oxford Coffee Bar at Lipetsk and from his website I deduce that in true English terms it would be better described as an upmarket bistro. () .

The bar is owned by Sergei and his wife Sofiya.

A few years ago, Sofiya worked at the Rose and Crown, so remember to say hello when visiting.
