OURFC and Wallabies legend Joe Roff was appointed RA President at the Meeting.

The Brumbies legend represented his country on 86 occasions, OURFC on many ocassions, winning the Rugby World Cup, Bledisloe Cup, British and Irish Lions series and a Super Rugby title.

(They forgot to mention that one evening, for an hour or so and much to our enjoyment, Mr. Roff honed his bar skills at the R&C.)

In preparation for the Wallabies’ upcoming Rugby Championship Test match against Argentina at CommBank Stadium, we welcomed the new Rugby Australia President Joe Roff as well as current Wallabies Angus Bell, David Porecki and Taniela Tupou to the Stadium this afternoon.

Joining the past and present Australian rugby stars were two Argentinian Tango dancers who showed a few of the players some moves they don’t learn on the footy pitch 🕺

Congratulations upon your appointment President Joe Roff.
