28th May 2018
With great sadness we note the passing of Ann Ellse, who ran a number of pubs including the Victoria at Walton Street. Married to the late Wally, they were the legendary proprietors for decades, during what many considered the glory days of the world famous Turf Tavern.
Her funeral will be followed by a service of thanksgiving at St.Barnabus Church in Jericho of Friday, June 15th, at 12.30pm.
All are welcome to attend.
RIP.
